Tripel Crown Champion 2020 (gravel), 3x Canadian National Champion in time trial
Adam Roberge has had a great start to his gravel racing career: The Canadian pro road racer made the shift away from the UCI pro team structure to racing on the dirt in 2021, and he had a year worth celebrating. The 24-year-old Canadian National Champion finished on the podium at BWR Asheville, Gravel Locos, Rooted Vermont and the Défi 404km Gravel race, and this season, he’ll be tackling the Life Time Grand Prix alongside of two of his Jukebox Factor teammates.
Rapid fire round:
Weirdest bike riding experience: Probably attacking in the feed zone of a gravel race and then learning that no one attacks in the feed zone at a gravel race! Or at least, they didn’t used to. Now that gravel has gotten so big, it’s everyone for themselves in the feed zone. There's no waiting around anymore.
Top 3 desert island staples: It’s all people. My girlfriend, my family, my friends. That’s all I want with me.
“Ride up” song: - Blockbuster Night, Pt. 1 by Run the Jewels I’m addicted to music—I think you have to be when you do a lot of solo six-hour rides!
Bike he’s loving: Factor LS. It’s the best bike. It’s made for gravel, but it can go on the road, or I can ride mountain bike trails on it and it handles perfectly.
